Job Duties:

Plan, coordinate, supervise and direct all-round services of the administrative department;
Guide and suggest staffs to provide administrative services including recording, finance, purchasing, human resources, security and etc.;
Develop and implement associated procedures based on rules and regulations of the company;
Determines and identifies material, spatial, contracts and equipment to maintain the operation of the whole company;
Review and control office supplies budge and prepare report;
Ensures resources of the team are managed and controlled in alignment with the department’s budget;
Provide regular reports and analysis with respect to attendance management and performance reviews;
Manage the activities of all administrative staff in the department, including recruitment, mentoring, performance management, and training;
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services field is required;
At least 3 years of work experience at a professional level in business administration,  administrative services;
1 year or more administrative manager experience;
Proven organizational skills & the ability to maintain organizational methods that others can follow;
Proficiency in MS Office and email applications;
Excellent communication skills, emotionally intelligent and good with people;
Ability to determine priorities and meet goals in a timely manner.
